| Description | The Work is at various locations throughout San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, curb ramp and bus pad installation, sewer replacement, electrical work, traffic control, and all related work. Contract duration: 693 consecutive calendar days from NTP to Substantial Completion. LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 20% LBE. Pursuant to Sec. 14B.9 of the Administrative Code, bidders are hereby advised that the availability of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Woman Business Enterprises (WBE) and Other Business Enterprises (OBE) to perform subcontract work on this project is as follows: 11% MBE; 2% WBE; 10% OBE.
