Description The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary which includes the repair of the loss of communications with the control system for the HVAC controls per the Statement of Work. Work also includes Contractor to remove the existing Johnson Controls plant controllers (To include Air Handling Unit-1, Air Handling Unit-2, Hot Water System, Chilled Water System, and OMS,) and replace with Honeywell Spyder Controllers (Or equivalent.) Contractor shall provide an open license Tridium JACE-8000 (Or equivalent) running open license Niagara AX3.x software as, at minimum, an Integration controller.
