San Angelo State Supported Living Center (San Angelo SSLC) is seeking a Contractor to provide as-needed plumbing repair and installation services. a) The Contractor shall provide machinery, labor, materials and parts for plumbing-related installation and repairs, including water and sewer systems, at the facility’s request. b) The Contractor shall maintain a clean and safe job site. Contractor responsibilities may include, as required, the Contractor responding on-site to measure, provide estimates, advise, review issues or malfunctions, and remove, install or repair potable water and sewer lines. The Contractor shall also provide camera scoping of sewer lines as requested by the facility. The facility may elect to excavate the area above external water and sewer lines prior to the Contractor’s arrival at the facility, if applicable. c) The Contractor shall clean up and remove all waste and work site trash generated by performing the requested services and leave the work site in a manner acceptable to the San Angelo SSLC maintenance supervisor or his designee. d) The Contractor shall perform quarterly removal of grease traps and barrels, and shall supply all equipment required to perform this service. The Contractor will provide the required documentation for hauling hazardous materials from the facility. The facility may request additional, as-needed grease trap and barrel removal services. e) The Contractor will provide emergency repair services for the facility’s water and sewer lines, as requested by San Angelo SSLC. f) The awarded Contractor must have all applicable permits, licenses, and insurance coverage to perform the services in this SOW. g) Prior to providing repair services, the Contractor shall provide to San Angelo SSLC a written estimate with explanation of all suggested repairs and subsequent warranties. All proposed services, materials, and material specifications must be approved by the San Angelo SSLC designated representative prior to the Contractor performing the services.
