This Will Include Removal of the Existing Endwall, Excavation, Installing One 12'x14' Sectional Door, Installing Concrete Slab Foundation, Installation of Building Expansion and Roof, Four 3'x10'6" White Fiberglass Skylights, Gutters With Downspouts on Each Side of the Expansion, and a 3" U.l. Rated, Kraft Baked Fiberglass Insulation in Roof and Walls. The Owner Encourages All Small, Minority, and Women Business Enterprises to Submit Proposals for Capital Improvements. Encouragement is Also Made to All General Contractors That in the Event They Subcontract Portions of Their Work, Consideration is Given to the Identified Groups.
