| Description | Provide materials, labor, equipment, services and supervision to renovate the existing patio, railing and stairs at the Brooks Dining Hall. Work includes demolition of the existing outdoor patio surface to expose the structural slab and installation of a new porcelain patio paver system; roof drain and plumbing modifications; roof insulation and adhered EPDM installation; new guardrail system with architectural mesh panels; new egress stairs; and as an alternate, minor ceiling patching and repair at existing stucco over metal lath and new paint. This project will be constructed during the summer of 2020 |
