Sports Lighting Replacement Project The City of Lynn, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Electrical Contractors for the Sports Lighting Replacement Project at Keaney Park, 83 Memorial Park Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc. dated July 27, 2022. The Project consists of: Complete Removal and Replacement of Existing Light Fixtures on (12) Light Poles With New Energy Efficient Led Light Fixtures and Controls. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the City of Lynn. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. Additional sets may be purchased for same as plan deposit. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), to cover mail handling costs.
