Description

Bidders can pick up Bid Form in County office. The Morgan County Commission is requesting sealed bids for the construction of a Controlled Filled Septic System to be installed at Morgan County West Park, 74 West Park Road, Hartselle, AL. Product/work must meet specifications. Bid may not be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non-resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this construction/product in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama and local entities if applicable. All bids must be sealed and marked as called for in the bid request packet. Resident/local contractor preference applies.
