| Description | PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Place of Performance: Department of Veterans Affairs, 420 North James Road, Columbus, Ohio 43219-1834. The contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the reconfiguration of the perimeter roadway, extension of a medium voltage electrical system, expansion and renovation of the Engineering Building, closure and renovation of Washington Street, additional paving and striping as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction of Parts I, II, III, and IV with regards to alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, utilities, fences, gates, building expansion and renovation and all necessary removal of existing structures and construction. |
