Citywide Water Resources Water Treatment

Provide Citywide Water Resources Treatment on an as needed basic at various Project Locations thoughout city of Scottsdale (City) Job Order work may include, but is not limited to: 1. Replacement and/or installation of new major chlorine generation systems. 2. Replacement or Rehabilitation for Wastewater Treatment Process Equipment, piping, valves, pumps, motors, etc. 3. Replacement or Rehabilitation of Advanced Water Treatment Process (membrane). 4. Equipment, piping, valves, pumps, motors, etc. 5. Upgrade of existing RTU system components. 6. Odor Control Systems and Chemical Feed and Piping Systems. 7. Instrumentation and Controls upgrades. 8. Piping modifications to re-route wash water return flow. 9. Replacement of process air blowers. 10. Installation of chillers and gas burners. 11. Installation of motor control centers, Metering and Control Valves. 12. Installation of MAG meter calibration stations. 13. Installation of air scour backwash blowers. 14. Rehabilitation of existing sewer lift stations. 15. Generators. 16. Rehabilitation of existing booster pump stations, Water Reservoirs and Tanks. 17. Rehabilitation of ASR wells. 18. Coating applications. 19. Electrical and Communication system upgrades. 20. General Site Work. 21. SCADA. The initial term of the JOC will be for two (2) years and have a maximum contract term amount of $15,000,000 and an individual Job Order maximum amount of $2,000,000. This JOC may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms each with a maximum contract term amount of $7,500,000. Renewal of the contract will be based on the successful performance by the JOC contractor and the needs of the City.
