Bids will be received for: Single Overall Contract (DPMC Classification: C047 with C009) Bid Documents for the proposed Work are on file at the office of the Architect, Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C., 1515 Lower Ferry Road, Trenton, NJ 08618, tel. 609.883.7101 No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the School District to do so. In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 114 of the Laws of 1977, any person desiring to submit a bid by mail or to submit a bid prior to the time of receipt of bids as set forth in this notice, should address or deliver the same to Thomas P. Grossi, Business Administrator c/o Greater Egg Harbor Regional H.S.D. Board Office, 1824 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330- 2640, who will retain the same until the time set forth for the receipt of bids. All attendees must be mindful of any public health emergency policies and protocols pursuant to the School District. Contractors assume all risks associated with their presence on District premise. Construction workers shall follow recommended precautions to protect themselves and other workers, staff, students, etc. at the project site(s)
