Description

Contractorshallsupply and install a dishwasher in the Campus Center, located on the Galloway, NJ Campus (101 Vera King Farris Drive, Galloway, NJ 08205). 2. Contractor shall furnish and install the following: a. Dishwasher: Unit should be comparable to Hobart CLPS86EN 480/60/3 or model 86/PRO Champion Dish machine, or equivalent. Size of current unit is 7'2" long x 2'1.5" deep x 4'10" high from the floor. Contractor shall utilize existing ductwork/vents. b. Control Group: FD4/300, or equal c. Roller Table: Aerowerks Clean Dishtable. The current dimensions of the table in place is 8' long with a curve at about 3' from the dish machine. It is 3' from the floor to the top of the table. d. New Metal table. We are looking for a right oriented stainless steel dirty/soiled dish table. The space is 14' from the wall to the dish machine. We would want a unit comparable to the link below. Approx. 14' long x 3' tall x 3'2" wide. 3. Remove and dispose of existing dishwasher, roller tables, garbage disposer, metal table, and associated equipment. a. Remove Champion model 86/PW dish machine, remove roller table attached to dish machine, remove Salvajar Troughveyer garbage disposal, remove conveyor line and close up conveyor window, remove soiled table, remove splash mounted pre-rinse table, remove table mounted rack shelf, remove associated plumbing/electrical/mechanical parts in regard to this project. 4. Provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing final connections within 5' of new unit. 5. Contractor shall perform start-up, demonstration, and training of new equipment to designated University staff. The Contractor shall offer, at the University's discretion, no less than three (3) hours of on-site training as part of the lump sum cost. 6. Garbage disposer is not to be replaced. 7. Catch Box on the existing equipment is not to be removed. 8. All work shall be completed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the NJ Prevailing Wage Determination sheets.
