| Description | Sealed proposals will be received by OVG 360, operator of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall and the Atlantic City Convention City, as managing agent for the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (the "CRDA") 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey 08401for Sealed bids shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the Solicitation of Bids. The sealed envelopes must be labeled "OVG 360 Bids for Licensed General Contractor," and contain the proposal opening date and respondent's name and address. Proposals will be received, and documented in public at the Boardwalk Hall, 2301 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, New Jersey Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12101, et.seq.), N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (Ownership Disclosure), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 (Law against Discrimination). |
