North Main Street Reconstruction, Phase II

The scope of work for the Base Bid consists of the reconstruction of one block of N. Main St. from Broadway St. to Walnut St. including new curb and gutter, walks, drainage, light pole foundations, lighting conduit and traffic control upgrades. This will include approximately 620 cu. yd. of asphalt, 7,200 sq. ft. of concrete walk, 950 feet of curb and gutter, 1,800 feet of underdrain and drainage pipe, and 200 sq. yd. of concrete drive replacement. Six alternate bids are included for: Alternate Bid No. 1 - the addition of a stamped and colored concrete walk strip Alternate Bid No. 2 - additional concrete drive approach removal and replacement Alternate Bid No. 3-5 - additional walk removal and replacement
