Description

The Scope of this project requires using the engineered construction documents completed and provided by EEA Consulting Engineers as reference in addressing the Heating, Air conditioning and Ventilation (HVAC) and controls of JC Kellam Administrative Building located on the Texas State University campus in San Marcos, Texas. Respondents shall complete and provide a proposal that includes all materials, labor, equipment and supplies needed to address and remedy all issues identified in the attached engineered construction documents and include temporary Cooling and Heating.
