Renovate Helipad

Provide labor, material, and equipment to perform the following: - Demolish existing bituminous helipad and service vehicle drive. Work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of existing bituminous material, electrical and communications utilities, and helipad lighting. - Provide a new concrete landing pad and a bituminous service vehicle driveway to the helipad. Work includes but is not limited to installation of concrete compliant to UFC. - Paint new markings. Work includes but is not limited to painting of new markings that conform to FAA and UFC design criteria. - Install new lighting. Work includes but is not limited to navigation lighting that meets current FAA day standards and requirements. - Provide new wind direction indicator. Work includes but is not limited to installation of reliable wind direction indicator as required.
