Ventnor Gardens Plaza Concrete Improvements

The work consists of the construction of approximately; 14,000 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 5,250 linear feet of concrete curb, 12,600 square feet of concrete gutter, 6,015 square feet of concrete driveway apron, and the installation of 33 accessible ramps in the City of Ventnor. Replacement of 14 stormwater inlets castings to ensure bicycle safety and reconstruction of 4 stormwater inlets. The work is located within the City of Ventnor on various roadways that include Balfour Avenue, Calvert Avenue, Essex Court, Swarthmore Avenue, Washington Avenue and Wissashickon Avenue.
