| Description | The Project consists of removing the existing DX coil and respective outdoor condenser for AHU-3. AHU-3 will require a new chilled water coil, hot water coil, and will require the extension of chilled water from the chilled water entry point at the southeast basement mechanical room. Additional work shall include removal of existing chiller in the basement as an alternate. An additional alternate will be the removal of the existing abandoned cooling tower on the exterior south side of the building. Other work shall include miscellaneous electrical work for relocation of existing data acquisition units and control panel(s) at the removed chiller location |
