| Description | Provide electrical maintenance, contracting services and projects college-wide on an as-needed basis. Required services and expectations. The Contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials and supplies (with the exception of materials and supplies when provided by the College), transportation, and other facilities necessary to properly perform the work required by the College. The Contractor must be familiar with current versions and amendments of SREF, Department of Education, FEMA and Florida Building Code Requirements, as well as the Colleges’ Construction Standards. Contractor will be required to follow FEMA regulations during Natural Disasters/Emergencies. The Contractor must be licensed as required by the State of Florida and/or Broward County. |
