Reference Number 0000313173 The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for Jefferson County Open Space (JCOS) to find and contract a Design-Build Team (DB Team) to design, permit, and construct trailhead improvements at Beaver Ranch Park (Project) in southwestern Jefferson County, Colorado. The objective of the Project is to improve overall access, safety, management, and visitor experience at Beaver Ranch Park.
