Bids may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time set for closing of the bids. Bids CANNOT be withdrawn, altered or amended after bid closing. Alteration made before bid closing must be initiated by bidder guaranteeing authenticity. Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for opening bids through an addendum. It is the intent and purpose of Lubbock Power & Light that this request permits competitive bids. It is the bidder's responsibility to advise the Lubbock Power & Light Buyer Iif any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this ITB to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Buyer Ino later than five (5) business days prior to the bid closing date. A review of such notifications will be made.
