SCDMH Flooring Region A

To furnish all labor, materials, services, equipment, insurance and perform all of the work to install and dispose of flooring at various locations of SCDMH in Richland, Lexington, Fairfield, Calhoun, Orangeburg, Aiken, Barnwell and Bamberg counties in South Carolina. Contractor will provide a price per square foot to provide and install various types of flooring. The price per square foot will include the removal of old flooring, minor floor patching and skimming, transitions and thresholds, disposal of old materials and all other costs such as delivery and set up for the following types of flooring: 1. Price per square foot for LVT (Shaw Contract Terrain II 6x48 LVT or approved equivalent) 2. Price per square foot for 14 ounce Carpet Tile (Mainstreet by Philadelphia-Design Smart Collection 24" x 24" or approved equivalent) 3. Price per square foot for 26 ounce Broadloom Carpet (Mohawk Group - Unique Twist or approved equivalent) 4. Price per square foot for VCT (Johnsonite Azrock 1/8" thick, 12" x 12" tiles or approved equivalent) 5. Price per square foot for Hybrid Tile (J + J Flooring Group - Kinetex - Velocity (.205" thick; 24" x 24" tiles or approved equivalent) 6. Price per square foot to install Sheet Vinyl (Armstrong Homogeneous sheets or approved equivalent) 7. Price per square foot to install Epoxy Flooring (Everlast Epoxy Flooring or approved equivalent) 8. Price per linear foot for 4" Vinyl Cove Base 9. Price per linear foot for 6" Vinyl Cove Base 10. Price per square foot to move furniture
