| Description | HUB Goal 26.0%. Contractor shall construct approximately 1,800 linear feet of GRR as breakwaters. The Project scope also includes placement of two daybeacons, surveying, and post-project aerial photography. Land access and an upland staging area at Indian Point Park shall be available to the Contractor. All work will utilize existing and constructed breakwaters as project access. Water access shall not be available for breakwater construction. The GLO will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this Solicitation and any applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. | ||||||
