| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this Contract. The successful Contractor must be readily available to carry out terms of the Contract, have available equipment, and the experience to perform the project properly. Failure to comply with standards specified by the City constitutes a breach of the Contract. This Contract consists of, but is not limited to, the following type of work on an “as needed” basis: 1. Earth grading and leveling. 2. Hauling and disposal of waste material such as broken concrete, asphalt, and soil. 3. Installation of concrete approaches, sidewalks or driveways. 4.Installation of roadway or parking lot asphalt 5. Installation and/or replacement of topsoil. 6. Application of seed or Class A sod. |
