Irrigation Installation, Maintenance, Repairs and Services

1. Monthly inspections of the irrigation systems at District-wide sites as awarded. This contract will establish a firm fixed hourly rate to include all personnel/manpower required for inspection and testing of systems. No overtime rates will be allowed for inspections. 2. The installation, maintenance and repair services for irrigation systems. Services are to include all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, delivery, fuel, etc. to facilitate all major and minor repairs, renovations, design and new installations regularly found in the irrigation field. Services will be required on an as needed basis, county wide for projects which cannot be handled in-house. This contract will establish fixed hourly labor rate and firm percentages for parts, supplies and materials (unless materials/parts designated to be provided by the district), and applicable per crew rates, for the contract period as specified herein. Services include, but are not limited to: Installation of Irrigation Systems Monthly Maintenance Work Well Pump Repairs Well Pump Replacements
