| Description | Provide asbestos abatement services at a City owned commercial building slated for demolition. Demolition specifications will be structured so that an awarded demolition contractor will have no need to subcontract for abatement. The following items are included in the scope of abatement services: 1) Removal of asbestos materials as identified in the asbestos assessment report provided in this bid document (Appendix A) 2) Proposal to include all permits and fees. 3) Any additional efforts to make the work accessible is incidental to the scope of work. |
