| Description | Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services for the Lincoln County High School Roof Replacement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and enter into a contract with the best apparent qualified bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the bid amount The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than March 12, 2023. Final Completion of the entire Work not later than March 25, 2023. The date of commencement is anticipated to be September 15, 2023. |
