Air Room Pallet Racking

Deliver and install with prevailing wage labor, single deep and roll out shelving for selective pallet racks described below into the "Renovated Air/Materials/TBU Room" located at 147 W. 47th St, Chicago IL. 60609. All rack installations must meet or exceed city, state, and federal requirements and the vendor will be required to provide all necessary work permits needed prior to starting the installation. All personnel, equipment, tools, and materials required during the installation must be fully provided by the vendor. Also, the vendor will provide required proof of insurance(s) required to work on Metra Property. Rack installation locations within the "Renovated Air/Materials/TBU Room" will be specified by Metra Mechanical. The vendor must have 5 years' experience in pallet rack layout and installation. The racks must be shimmed and level across width and length of each run prior to anchoring. The pallet racks will be anchored (secured) to the floor with bolts. The racks may require extensive shimming due to floor condition / age. All Uprights, Load Beams, Post & Base, Arms, and Bracing provided must be sourced from one manufacturer. The vendor shall have all pallet racking fully installed within 4 working days of delivery
