Sportsmans Park - Restroom and Site Lighting Improvements

Estimated cost is around $450,000. City of East Jordan (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Sportsman's Park - Restroom & Site Lighting Improvement The Project includes the following Work: The Restroom & Site Lighting Improvements will include but is not limited to, demolition and construction of restroom building improvement, boardwalk improvements, site lighting upgrades. State of Michigan DNR Trust Fund grant funding is being used for the project. All relevant State and Federal requirements apply. Contractor and all sub-contractors must comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act), the 1976PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act), and Executive Directive 2019-09, as amended. Prevailing wage rates do not apply for this project.
