Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system and for the existing tower water system. Disassemble, clean and reassemble the existing plate and frame heat exchanger. Provide new light fixtures as shown. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder.
