The City intends to review and analyze the SOQ’s and prepare a list of pre-qualified contractors for bidding the construction work for various water transmission and wastewater collection pipeline projects.. The pre-qualification list will be valid for a period not to exceed three years, however at the City’s discretion the list may be reconsidered at any time.
