| Description | The Project is located at the San Jacinto River Authority’s General and Administrative Building at Lake Conroe. Constructed in 2010, the General and Administration building is a three-story building with a roof assembly that consists of a single ply PVC system with a thermoplastic membrane. Due to the leaks that have been occurring in multiple locations, the San Jacinto River Authority has identified the need to remove the existing single ply PVC system and replace it with a two ply reinforced SBS modified bitumen roofing system. |
