Bus Shelter Maintenance and Repair Services

Contractor shall provide bus shelter maintenance on a scheduled basis, and repair services on an as needed, where needed basis. Work under this contract shall include but not be limited to: cleaning, trash service, pressure washing, minor repairs and other related services for bus stops, shelters and bus rapid transit (BRT) stations, transit centers and park and rides within the City of Mesa. Contractor shall supply all incidental materials for this contract.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage, Protective Covers, Transportation Stop Shelters.
Division 12 -	Furnishings, Multiple Seating, Pews and Benches, Benches.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Sidewalks.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
