| Description | Installation of vinyl-composition floor tile over existing floor tile. Installation of vinyl-composition floor tile over the existing properly prepared concrete floor. The removal and replacement of existing/or missing vinyl cove base molding. As directed, remove Non-Asbestos Containing floor coverings, including but not limited to vinyl composition floor tile, linoleum, self-adhesive floor tile, carpet, ceramic floor tile, wood flooring, etc. The work as described above shall be performed in occupied and unoccupied (“move-out”) apartments as designated by the Development Superintendent.
