| Description | Belen Consolidated Schools operates 16 schools, administrative & support sites located through Valencia and Socorro Counties. Service will be provided for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2020 and continue through October 1, 2021. In order to be in compliance with statutory requirements, BCS cannot obligate funds beyond one current fiscal year. This contract is contingent upon funding and the mutual agreements of both parties. The contract may be extended for a maximum/total of three (3) years, in oneyear increments. |
