Description

The Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) included in this project generally consists of stormwater inlets (curb cuts, water quality inlets), energy dissipation (inlet sediment forebays, rock erosion blankets), depressed surface storage (bioretention swales contained within modified curbs, subdrains), GSI Landscaping (plantings specified as a functional component of the GSI system), subsurface storage (below-grade storage pipes with cleanouts), flow control elements (weirs, riser inlet structures, water control structures, outlet control structures, check valves), and distribution piping (storm sewers).
