Maintenance, Repair and Materials for Outdoor Lighting on Downtown Buildings

Installed approximately 5,895 linear feet of decorative, cloudcontrolled, outdoor LED lighting on City-owned facilities and privately owned buildings. Inception Innovations, LLC, (dba Inception Lighting) is the provider for the Inception Lighting System which uses color-changing, energy-efficient LED lighting in place of standard incandescent or fluorescent lighting. The Inception Lighting System includes additional features, one of which is the use of a cloud-based lighting control system that can be accessed remotely and can synchronize multiple locations and properties. The City is seeking a qualified contractor to perform quarterly inspection and as-needed maintenance of the installed exterior building lighting system to ensure flawless operation and long-term performance of the system.
