Riverside Water Treatment Plant HVAC Replacement

Providing materials and labor necessary for the replacement of the existing HVAC system at the the City’s Riverside Water Treatment Plant. The City’s Riverside Water Treatment Plant (Plant) is located at 406 Sunset Boulevard in West Columbia, South Carolina and is located along the Saluda River. The project includes the replacement of four existing ductless systems, wall mount heads, and condensers with one condenser runner 4 wall mount heads. The system must heat and cool the following: 1. Laboratory approximately 430 SF. 2. Office 1 approximately 200 SF. 3. Break Area approximately 275 SF. 4. Control Room approximately 300 SF. Contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing ductless HVAC system. Installer to provide a minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty. As a minimum the equipment shall carry a 10-year compressor and 10-year Parts. Minimum performance requirements are provided below. Multi Zone Unit 1. Operate up to 4 individual units. 2. Minimum Seer Rating: 22 3. Operating Range: 14 to 115 (oF) 4. Cooling Capacity: 12,000 to 48,000 BTU/hW. 5. Heating Capacity: 12,000 to 54,000 BTU/hW. 6. Refrigerant Type: R401A. 7. Sound pressure (Outdoor Unit): 55 dB(A). 8. Airflow Rate (Heating/Cooling): 2,472 SCFM.
