Description 1. Monte Vista Elementary 1. Adding approximately 10,000 square feet to the back of the school 2. Adding six classrooms 3. Adding one collaboration area 4. Adding one restroom for boys and girls 5. Construction projected to start August of 2019 with substantial completion June 1, 2020. 6. Project budget $3,400,000 2. Transportation Facility Project consists of a new transportation shop and administrative building on 13.97 acres adjacent to our existing transportation facility. To include: 1. 16,000 square feet of administrative area 2. 55,000 square feet of shop and warehouse area 3. Total square footage of building will be 72,000 square feet 4. 120 bus stalls and 198 vehicle parking stalls 5. Construction will begin August 2019 with substantial completion projected for November 1, 2020. 6. Project budget $17,000,000
