A/E Services For Demolish And Construct Buildings

The Rushville Materials Storage Building (D0671), 2,880 square foot, one-story building. Scope of work provides for demolishing the existing building and constructing an approximately 7,260 square foot cold storage building. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, geotechnical, civil, structural and electrical services. In the event that hazardous materials are encountered, they will be addressed outside of this contract. The Petersburg Maintenance Facility, 2-building facility. The scope of work provides for constructing an approximately 4,800 square foot salt storage building with attached lean-to. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, geotechnical, civil, structural and electrical services. The Virginia Maintenance Facility, 4-building facility. The scope of work provides for constructing approximately 5,040 square foot combined cold storage and material storage building. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, geotechnical, civil, structural and electrical services. The Jacksonville Salt Storage/Domar Building (D6600), 5,278 square foot, one-story building. The scope of work provides for removing and replacing asphalt shingles, as well as repairing or replacing damaged roof sheathing and structural roof members. The work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, structural and electrical services. The A/E will need to determine if any components of this project are eligible for a utility company or other energy grant/rebate and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the grant application if the project qualifies for the rebate.
