Rivercrest Elementary School Demolition

1. Demolish six (6) portable buildings located on the north side of Rivercrest Elementary, 4825 Rivercrest Lane, Bartlett, Tennessee 38135 2. This project includes asbestos sampling and removal of all ballast and bulbs 3. Demolish the wood frame walkways associated with the six (6) portable buildings. This shall include but shall not be limited to: ramps, handrails, stairs and porches leading to classroom entrances 4. Removal of tree adjacent to the work area for access to the portable buildings. Trimming of all limbs along the north sidewalk for access to the work site 5. Removal of all furniture. This shall include but shall not be limited to: desks, chairs, cabinets, tables, and any and/or all building debris 6. All debris derived from this demolition and clean-up project will be removed from the site and disposed of properly at a landfill permitted to accept this type of waste 7. Remaining slab(s) shall be left free of any and/or all debris as per Bartlett City Schools’ requirements) portable buildings, wood frame walkways, and related materials
