Washington Dam Outfall and East Lift Station

Scope of Work: 1. The project is located in Washington City’s, north of Washington Dam Road and west of Country Way in Washington, Utah. The project will involve constructing approximately 9,030 feet of gravity and pressure sewer lines along with a sewer lift station. Any disturbance outside the construction area will be subject to restoration to the owner’s satisfaction. 2. No material may leave the site without the owner’s permission. 3. Geotechnical Testing for the project will be provided by Washington City. 4. Survey for the project will be provided by Washington City. 5. There is no Engineers Estimate provided. 6. Contractor is responsible for proper barricading and maintaining traffic control within the right-of-way of all roads affected by the construction and installation of sewer lines included in this project. 7. Coordination with other contractors/agencies/utility companies will be required. 8. There is no power located along the project. The Contractor is to plan accordingly. 9. The pressure sewer line will be installed with thrust restrain, mega luging, etc. It will be tested and installed similar to water pipe installation. 10. Washington City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any technicality. 11. The contractor will need to obtain a Washington City encroachment permit for the project.
