Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Plans (Drawing Number 1142, Sheets 1 to 7), Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include, but not limited to, installation of a new Gazebo Structure; new gazebo concrete floor, footings, pilaster, and stairs; new concrete walkway and landscaping walls, preparation of the work area and final grading; installation of electrical conduits; landscaping; and clean up and leave in an operable and acceptable condition all the work and other items not mentioned that are required by the Plans and Specifications. The work also includes Additive Alternate as shown on the plans.
