Restore And Expand Cemetery Phase 1

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This phase of the project's scope includes adding three structures to the cemetery. The first structure is a Committal Shelter. The open-air shelter will be approximately 1,025 SF which will include approximately 125 SFS storage closet within the shelter. The project scope associated with the shelter also includes a small paved area adjacent to the shelter along with a pull-off zone for a hearse to park. The second proposed structure sis a Columbarium. The columbarium will be designed for 140 niches and will include a small paved area with some landscape adjacent to the structure. The third proposed structure will be a storage facility. The structure will be an approximately 35x15 foot open-air steel structure with concrete short concrete walls to retain materials stored at the cemetery. The storage facility will also have a gravel area leading to it.
