Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sanford, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Replace and upgrade aging in ground fuel tanks to an above ground Commercial Fleet System to meet growing County fuel demands. Addition of mechanical and wash bay to the existing General Services grounds. Addition of a training room, parking lot, and new entrance to the existing General Services grounds. Project is included Lee County - Finance's FY 2023 - 2027 Budget CIP and construction is planned for FY 24-25.
