Description Scope of Work: 1. Provide crane service for removal of old unit and installation of new unit. 2. Provide crane service for removal of old unit and installation of new unit. 3. lnstall new packaged DX 135 nominal ton cooling only AC unit on existing pad. 4. Unit to have horizontal supply and return air on same side of building. 5. Make the necessary reconnections of electrical wiring and duct work. 6. Start up the new equipment and make sure that the equipment is running properly according to manufacturer recommended requirements.
