Description

Contractor shall provide and install a new 5 ton Multi Zone Ductless Heat Pump for room C103. The new unit shall have (4) ceiling cassettes with a master wall mounted control along with individual remote controls. New unit shall include a dehumidifying operation mode. New unit shall have a minimum 20 SEER. New unit can be a LG MN-L4H60C12121212 or approved equal.
