To establish a contract for pothole repairs at various locations as determined by the City of Celina. (Per square yard) 1. Mill existing asphalt/chip seal surface a min. of 10" depth and roll and compact. 2. Pothole repair with 6" of flex base and 3" HMAC type D overlay (0-500 square feet) (Material provided by City) 3. Pothole repair with 6" of flex base and 3" HMAC type D overlay (501-1000 square feet) (Material provided by City) 4. Pothole repair with 6" of flex base and 3" HMAC type D overlay (1000 plus square feet) (Material provided by City) 5. Additional subgrade repairs in 6" depth intervals per square feet 6. Tri-ax by Tensar per city standards, material and labor per square feet 7. 3" HMAC Type D overlay with laydown machine and 6" flex base per square yard. 8. Two course chip seal per TxDOT standards, per square yard. 9. 12" wide 9" deep flex based asphalt shoulder repair, per linear foot. (Contractor provides all material) 10. Asphalt crack seal 11. Pothole repair with 6" of flex base and 3" HMAC type D overlay (0-500 square feet) (Material provided by Contractor) 12. Pothole repair with 6" of flex base and 3" HMAC type D overlay (501-1000 square feet) (Material provided by Contractor) 13.
