Berlin YMCA Window and Controlled Air Project

The scope of the first part of the project is to remove and replace existing storefront and / or window units with thermally broken aluminum frames, curtain wall as required, low-e insulated glass, single hung window units include screen. The second part of the project includes: installation of high velocity air handlers with sheet metal spiral trunk ducts for the resident rooms. Internet accessible thermostats with low voltage wiring for the resident rooms. Mitsubishi multi-zone outdoor HP condensers with mounting brackets and related piping for the 2nd floor offices and rooms. Mitsubishi indoor fan coil units with related piping, wiring and controls for the 2nd floor offices and rooms. This also includes labor, materials and permit fees. This Contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
