Contractor License Type Description A General Engineering Contractor Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal and for the duration of this Agreement a current and valid Class A General Engineering Contractor license issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current (modify as needed) Motor Carrier Permit issued from the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) . Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). |
