| Description | The contractor shall provide a Decommissioning Plan that meets or exceeds MARSSIM protocols and standards within 10 business days after award for approval 1.No Historical Site Assessment shall be performed. Records are available for review and the USGS Radiation Safety Committee is available for interviews during the period of performance. Justification can be provided for class survey unit designations. 2.Since Building 10 is a secure building, hours for work conducted at this location will be 0600-1530, M-F. Contractor personnel must be escorted by a member of the TRIGA Reactor Staff. Federal Protective Services will secure the building during off hours. The contractor shall decommission both rooms by following the approved Decommissioning Plan to completion in accordance with MARSSIM protocols and standards within 21 days (three business weeks) after the USGS approves the Decommissioning Plan |
